Applications : Navlimetostat hydrochloride selectively inhibits the PRMT5–MTA complex with sub‑nanomolar potency and binds with picomolar affinity (Kd = 0.14 pM). It suppresses tumor growth in vitro and in vivo, making it a valuable tool for studying PRMT5‑driven oncogenic mechanisms.
