Applications : Navtemadlin‑d₇ is a deuterium-labelled version of Navtemadlin. This can be used as an analytical labelled reference standard. Navtemadlin disrupts the p53–MDM2 interaction with nanomolar potency (IC₅₀ = 0.6 nM) and binds MDM2 with very high affinity (K_D= 0.045 nM). As an orally active agent, it effectively reactivates p53 signaling in MDM2‑driven cancers.
