Applications : ND‑2110 selectively inhibits IRAK4 at low‑nanomolar potency through ATP‑pocket binding. It shows strong activity against MYD88 L265P‑mutant ABC‑DLBCL cells and reduces inflammatory responses by blocking LPS‑induced TNF release. In mouse models, ND‑2110 alleviates collagen‑induced arthritis and prevents gout formation.
