Applications : Nedisertib is an orally active, selective DNA‑PK inhibitor with an IC₅₀ < 3 nM. It reverses ABCG2‑mediated multidrug resistance, enhances chemo‑ and radiotherapy by blocking DNA double‑strand break repair, and exhibits antitumor activity.
