Applications : Nibrozetone is a hypoxia‑activated epigenetic agent that enhances radio‑ and chemotherapy responses by inducing apoptosis and overcoming resistance in myeloma. It shows strong antitumor activity with minimal toxicity and exerts dual checkpoint‑inhibitory effects via downregulation of CD47 and SIRP‑α. RRx‑001 also inhibits G6PD, contributing to its potent antimalarial properties.
