Applications : NIC‑0102 is an orally active proteasome inhibitor (pIC50 = 7.55) that selectively suppresses NLRP3 inflammasome activation. It exhibits potent anti‑inflammatory effects in DSS‑induced ulcerative colitis and inhibits the production of pro‑IL‑1β.
