Applications : Nifuratel is an orally active, broad-spectrum antibiotic with antiprotozoal, antibacterial, anticancer, and anti-inflammatory properties. It effectively inhibits Candida, Trichomonas, and human gastric cancer cell growth, induces apoptosis, and acts as a STAT3 inhibitor. Nifuratel also suppresses mast cell-mediated hypersensitivity, making it useful for studying IgE-mediated allergic diseases.
