Applications : This is a pyrrolo‑cyclohepta‑oxazole derivative from the anti‑lymphoma series, showing notable antiproliferative activity in non‑Hodgkin lymphoma cell lines. Although this compound does not target tubulin, it induces G2/M arrest, reduces S‑phase populations, and triggers mitochondrial apoptosis in lymphoma cells. It also demonstrates high selectivity for cancer cells with low toxicity toward human peripheral blood lymphocytes, supporting its potential as a promising lymphoma‑directed lead for further investigation.
