Applications : NP-10679 selectively targets GluN2B‑subunit NMDA receptors in a pH‑dependent manner and shows strong oral bioavailability with good brain exposure. It inhibits GluN2B with IC₅₀ values of 23 nM (pH 6.9) and 142 nM (pH 7.6). NP-10679 additionally displays histamine H₁ antagonism and hERG inhibition, and reversibly inhibits human liver CYP enzymes, giving it a broad secondary pharmacology profile.
