Applications : NP3‑146 sodium targets the NACHT domain of NLRP3 to block inflammasome activation, showing potent inhibition of IL‑1β release (IC₅₀= 0.171 µM) in LPS/Nigericin‑stimulated BMDM cells. It also downregulates cleaved Caspase‑1 and cleaved IL‑1β, supporting its use in studies of NLRP3‑mediated inflammatory pathology.
