Applications : This is a potent allosteric inhibitor of the Zika virus NS2B–NS3 protease from the 2,5,6‑trisubstituted pyrazine series. It shows strong antiviral activity in cells (EC₆₈ = 300–600 nM) and demonstrates in vivo efficacy in a mouse Zika infection model, making it a promising Flavivirus antiviral lead.
