Applications : NU-6300 irreversibly inhibits CDK2 through covalent, ATP‑competitive binding, with an IC50 of 0.16 µM. Owing to its defined selectivity and mechanism, it is widely used in studies of eukaryotic cell‑cycle progression and transcription‑associated pathways.
