Applications : NXPZ‑2 is an orally active Keap1–Nrf2 PPI inhibitor (K_i = 95 nM; EC₅₀ = 120/170 nM) that enhances Nrf2 signaling by increasing its expression and facilitating nuclear translocation. It dose‑dependently improves Aβ_1-42-induced cognitive deficits and brain pathology in AD mouse models by boosting neuronal quantity and function, making it a valuable tool for oxidative‑stress and Alzheimer’s disease research.
