Applications : 6-(3-((Dimethylamino)methyl)benzyloxy)-9H-purin-2-amine is more potent than both O6-BG and O6-[(3-Aminomethyl)benzylguanine with enhancement of cytotoxicity and has the more permeability, export, metabolism activities campared to its counterparts. These findings suggest that 6-(3-((Dimethylamino)methyl)benzyloxy)-9H-purin-2-amine offers the greatest potential among the O6-BG analogs.
