Applications : O6-(4-Bromothenyl)guanine is a novel O6-Methylguanine DNA methyltransferase (MGMT), the most potent inactivator displays a picomolar IC50 value of 0.1 n against human MGMT which is lower than any inactivator of the protein tested to date.
