Applications : O6-(4-and 3-Fluorobenzyl)guanines potentiated ACNU cytotoxicity in HeLa S3 cells to a greater extent than the O6-Phenylguanine. It can be used as a novel potential PET probe for the DNA repair protein O6-Alkylguanine-DNA alkyltransferase in cancer chemotherapy.
