Applications : This is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). It inhibits proliferation of leukemia cells with IC50 about 7 μM, arrests cell cycle at G0/G1 phase, and induces apoptosis. It induces differentation of myelogenesis leukemia, and enhances ROS production in K562 cells.
