Applications : This is a deuterium labelled version of Ormeloxifene hydrochloride, which is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). Ormeloxifene hydrochloride inhibits proliferation of leukemia cells with IC50 about 7 μM, arrests cell cycle at G0/G1 phase, and induces apoptosis. Ormeloxifene hydrochloride induces differentation of myelogenesis leukemia, and enhances ROS production in K562 cells.
