Applications : Oseltamivir functions as a potent oral inhibitor of influenza neuraminidase, displaying strong subtype‑dependent activity. It inhibits A/H3N2, A/H1N2, and A/H1N1 viruses at sub‑nanomolar to low‑nanomolar levels and shows measurable activity against influenza B (IC₅₀ = 13 nM).
