Applications : Oteseconazole is a potent, orally active antifungal agent. It exhibits strong affinity for and inhibition of Candida albicans cytochrome P45051 (CYP51) activity (Kd ≤39 nM), while demonstrating no significant effect on human CYP51. Additionally, Oteseconazole may be utilized in research involving dermatophytes.
