Applications : Palazestrant is an antiestrogenic, antineoplastic agent that potently inhibits E2‑mediated signaling (IC₅₀ = 6.4 nM) and suppresses growth of MCF‑7 and CAMA‑1 breast cancer cells (IC₅₀ = 1.4–1.6 nM). It shows activity in ER⁺/HER2⁺ cancer, making it a valuable tool for studying ER‑driven tumor biology.
