Applications : This is a high‑potency, pan‑serotype dengue virus inhibitor from the 3‑acyl‑indole series, delivering EC₅₀ values of 0.0011–0.24 µM across DENV‑1–4. It shows excellent chiral stability, orally bioavailable PK in preclinical species, and produces a dose‑proportional antiviral effect in DENV‑2 mouse models, positioning 24a as a strong preclinical small‑molecule dengue therapeutic candidate.
