Applications : PCI-24781 is a novel drug anticancer agent belongs to a histone deacetylase inhibitor class of drugs, which synergizes with chemotherapeutic drugs to induce apoptosis and reverses drug resistance in multidrug-resistant sarcoma cell lines.
