Applications : PD-153035 hidrochloride is an extremely potent and specific inhibitor of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase (ICâ‚…â‚€ = 25 pM). Inhibits other purified kinases only at micromolar or higher concentrations.
