Applications : PD-173074 potently inhibits FGFR1 with an IC₅₀ of 25 nM and shows moderate inhibition of VEGFR2 (IC₅₀ = 100–200 nM). Its kinase profile reveals strong selectivity, with approximately 1000‑fold weaker activity toward PDGFR and c‑Src.
