Applications : PD-90780 antagonizes NGF by binding to the ligand and preventing its engagement with p75NTR. It suppresses NGF–p75NTR binding with IC₅₀ values of 23.1 µM (PC12) and 1.8 µM (PC12nnr5), supporting its application in studies of NGF‑mediated neuronal pathways.
