Applications : Pevonedistat hydrochloride inhibits the NEDD8‑activating enzyme with nanomolar potency (IC₅₀ = 4.7 nM), leading to impaired cullin‑RING ligase function and deregulated S‑phase DNA synthesis. This mechanism drives apoptosis in tumor cells and results in marked suppression of tumor growth in mouse xenograft studies.
