Applications : PF‑3450074 targets the HIV‑1 capsid protein with submicromolar potency (EC₅₀= 8–640 nM) and interferes with early replication events. By displacing the host cofactors CPSF6 and NUP153 from CA, it disrupts uncoating, assembly, and reverse transcription, yielding broad antiviral activity across HIV isolates.
