Applications : This is a novel non‑carboxylic PHD inhibitor that potently stabilizes HIF‑α and binds in a distinct expanded subpocket compared with traditional carboxylic acid inhibitors. It shows strong potency, good solubility, a favorable ADME profile, low DDI risk, and clean early safety. Orally dosed at 10 mg/kg QD, it effectively ameliorates anemia in a 5/6 nephrectomy rat model, highlighting its promise for treating CKD‑associated anemia.
