Applications : Phenoxybenzamine-d₅ HCl is a deuterium labelled version of Phenoxybenzamine, which is a selective antagonist of both α-adrenoceptor and calmodulin. It is commonly used for the treatment of hypertension and heavy sweating due to a certain tumor of the adrenal glands (pheochromocytoma).
