Applications : PI‑103 hydrochloride is a potent dual inhibitor of PI3K and mTOR, with IC₅₀ values of 8, 88, 48, and 150 nM for p110α, p110β, p110δ, and p110γ, and 20 and 83 nM for mTORC1 and mTORC2. It also inhibits DNA‑PK with an IC₅₀ of 2 nM and induces autophagy.
