Applications : This is a potent and selective PI3K/mTOR dual inhibitor based on a 2‑methyl‑1H‑imidazo[4,5‑c]quinoline scaffold. It shows strong antiproliferative activity in SW620 and HeLa cells and effectively suppresses PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling by inhibiting AKT and S6 phosphorylation. It demonstrates excellent kinase selectivity, favorable PK with 76.8% oral bioavailability, and significant in vivo antitumor efficacy without notable toxicity, making it a promising candidate for cancer therapy development.
