Applications : This is a novel PI3Kδ inhibitor with favorable isoform selectivity, a robust PK profile, and potent biochemical and cellular activity. In pharmacodynamic studies, the compound demonstrated superior efficacy to Idelalisib and Sorafenib in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell lines and xenograft models. Mechanistic analyses showed that it strongly suppresses downstream AKT signaling, resulting in pronounced apoptotic cell death in HCC systems. Together, these findings introduce a new structural framework for PI3Kδ inhibition and support this molecule as a promising and efficient small‑molecule therapeutic candidate for HCC.
