Applications : This novel PI3Kδ inhibitor shows potent nanomolar PI3Kδ activity with strong selectivity over other class I isoforms. It displays antiproliferative effects across multiple B‑cell lymphoma lines, inducing cell‑cycle arrest and apoptosis in Pfeiffer and SU‑DHL‑6 cells, and inhibits mouse B‑cell activation. Supported by favorable in vivo pharmacokinetics, it demonstrates significant antitumor efficacy in a Pfeiffer xenograft model. Overall, this compound is a promising PI3Kδ‑targeted candidate for further preclinical development in B‑cell malignancies.
