Applications : This novel oxadiazole Pks13 inhibitor emerged from high‑throughput screening and structure‑guided optimization. It binds the Pks13 thioesterase domain in a mode distinct from earlier benzofuran inhibitors and delivers MIC < 1 μM with improved in vitro ADMET properties. This chemotype offers a non‑cardiotoxic and promising new approach for targeting Pks13 in Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
