Applications : This compound is a potent competitive inhibitor of Atg4B (K_i = 3.1 µM) with markedly reduced PLA₂ inhibitory activity. It enhances the anticancer efficacy of anti‑CRPC agents through autophagy inhibition. These findings indicate that it may serve as an effective adjuvant molecule to improve therapeutic outcomes in CRPC treatment.
