Applications : Pomalidomide-PEG1-azide is an E3 ligase ligand-linker conjugate that integrates a Pomalidomide-based cereblon ligand and a linker. This compound is suitable for the development of PROTAC BRD4 degrader-1. As a click chemistry reagent, pomalidomide-PEG1-azide possesses an azide group, enabling copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) with alkyne-containing molecules. Additionally, it can participate in strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
