Applications : This is a potent PPARδ agonist derived from a piperidinyl/piperazinyl benzothiazole series, where 4‑pyrrolidine substitution markedly improved hPPARδ activity and subtype selectivity. It shows EC₅₀= 3.6 nM, excellent ADME properties, and strong in vivo efficacy, suppressing atherosclerosis progression by 50–60% and reducing serum MCP‑1 levels in LDLr‑KO mice. These features position as a promising PPARδ‑directed metabolic disease candidate.
