Applications : This is an advanced key intermediate in the preparation of Prazosin and related analogs. Prazosin is an adrenergic α1-adrenoceptor antagonist, prevents memory deterioration in the APP23 transgenic mouse model of Alzheimer's disease and a potent melatonin MT3 receptor antagonist.
