Applications : Prexasertib‑d₄ is the deuterium‑labelled analogue of Prexasertib, a selective, ATP‑competitive CHK1 inhibitor that maintains the sub‑nanomolar potency of the parent drug and its additional inhibition of CHK2 and RSK1. By disrupting checkpoint signaling, Prexasertib‑d₄ induces replication stress, DNA double‑strand breaks, and apoptosis, supporting its use as an isotopically stable internal standard in quantitative LC–MS assays and mechanistic studies of CHK1‑driven antitumor activity.
