Applications : Pridinol is an orally administered muscle relaxant that readily crosses the blood-brain barrier and targets muscarinic acetylcholine receptors (mAChRs). It functions by decreasing impulse transmission to spinal motor neurons, thereby providing muscle relaxation. Pridinol effectively inhibits skeletal muscle contractures associated with disorders of both central and peripheral origin, and is utilized in research pertaining to musculoskeletal diseases.
