Applications : Prochlorperazine is a first-generation antipsychotic. This can be used in the research of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV). It is also possesses anticancer activity. Prochlorperazine exhibits IC50 values of 6.4 μM, 4.5 μM and 2.3 μM for NOX1, NOX2 and NOX5, respectively.
