Applications : Pulrodemstat is a reversible, orally active LSD1 inhibitor with sub‑nanomolar potency (IC₅₀ = 0.25 nM) and high selectivity over LSD2 and MAO isoforms. It drives differentiation in AML and SCLC models and exhibits strong antiproliferative and anticancer effects.
