Applications : SI-4625 is a new class of potent aryl sulfone, which is a glucokinase-glucokinase regulatory protein (GK-GKRP) disruptor. This is able to disrupt the GK-GKRP interaction in vitro and in vivo and, by doing so, increases cytoplasmic levels of unbound GK.
