Applications : (R)-AMG‑193 is an isomer of AMG-193, an oral PRMT5 inhibitor whose activity is enhanced by MTA. The AMG-193–MTA complex inhibits PRMT5 with an IC₅₀ of 0.107 µM and selectively suppresses proliferation of MTAP‑deficient tumor cells, protecting normal MTAP‑proficient cells.
