Applications : This is an opposite enantiomer of Bepotastine, which is a selective, orally active second-generation histamine H1 receptor antagonist that can suppress nerve growth factor (NGF) expression. Bepotastine shows potential for research into allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, and urticaria or pruritus. (S)-Bepotastine is more active than (R)-Bepotastine.
