Applications : (R)-Fadrozole is a potent nonsteroidal inhibitor. (R)-Fadrozole also inhibits human placental aromatase (pIC50 = 6.17) and aldosterone biosynthesis. (R)-Fadrozole reverses cardiac fibrosis in spontaneously hypertensive heart failure rats.
