Applications : (R)-(-)-Rolipram is the (R)-enantiomer of Rolipram. Rolipram is a selective phosphodiesterases PDE4 inhibitor with IC50s of 3 nM, 130 nM and 240 nM for PDE4A, PDE4B, and PDE4D, respectively. An anti-inflammatory agent.
