Applications : rac-Mosnodenvir corresponds to an isomeric form of Mosnodenvir, a potent oral inhibitor active against all four dengue virus serotypes (EC₅₀= 0.057–11 nM). Mosnodenvir blocks NS3–NS4B complex formation, halting viral RNA production, and shows strong antiviral activity in vitro as well as in mouse and non‑human primate infection models.
