Applications : rac-Rotigotine-d7 hydrochloride is a racemic form of deuterium-labelled version Rotigotine hydrochloride. This can be used as an analytical labelled reference standard. Rotigotine hydrochloride is a potent dopamine receptor agonist. It also acts as a partial agonist at the 5-HT1A receptor and as an antagonist at the α2B-adrenergic receptor. Rotigotine hydrochloride can be utilized in Parkinson's disease (PD) research.
